Subject: This rowing setup is NUTS (seriously... it kind of defies gravity)

Even though this LOOKS like an insane rowing movement, this one is actually an incredible anti-rotation exercise targeting the spinal stabilizing muscles.

In order to maintain the position on the bar with the bar end elevated, you have to PUSH with the lower hand and PULL with the upper hand... which then naturally transitions into a rowing movement, making it even MORE challenging.

It creates massive amounts of tension in the entire body.
