Subject: This one just LIT UP my forearms...

I call these Plate-Under-Bar Curls and they target pinch grip and bicep training.

This is a very specialized, advanced curl variation that targets pinch grip strength WHILE doing a barbell curl (not something I would necessarily recommend most people do).

This is definitely a very advanced grip exercise that I found really challenged my finger and thumb strength very strongly. It really engaged the biceps very strongly as well.

This one is worth watching even if you never do it :)...
