Subject: Circulation is KEY for so many things... here's how to make it better

One of the most important components of physical performance and recovery is blood flow / circulation.

If you don't have good circulation, almost EVERY process in your body gets compromised in some way.

The better your circulation, the better your energy levels, athletic performance, recovery, health, digestion will be... you pretty much name it and it'll be better.

For me personally, this has been a key strategy for holding onto and building muscle as I progress past age 50... I always take a good dose of L-Citrulline before every workout to help open up blood vessels.

And I've found it to be very effective (if you've got my Return to Prime program, you know all about this concept from the first phase).

However, I've always kind of thought... what if there were OTHER things I could take that would support circulation even more.

I recently came across this product.

And after having a look at the ingredients, I decided it would be worth testing out to compare to just using straight citrulline.

Here's what's in it...

Arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide (NO). The body uses it to make NO, which helps relax and widen blood vessels for better blood flow.

This is the primary mechanism that citrulline operates by (it gets converted to arginine in the bloodstream).

The plant polyphenols and antioxidants (the S7 Blend) indirectly support NO production.

The Trans-Resveratrol improves arterial health in general and supports nitric oxide synthase while also promoting NO availability.

The BioPerine is there to assist in the absorption of the other ingredients.

Key question is does it work?

Yep, it definitely does.

I would actually put it on par with the citrulline in terms of the "pump" effect I get from both when I take it pre-workout.

I feel like it has also helped with recovery very effectively as well.

I haven't done it yet, but I'm also going to test taking BOTH at the same time. That should get some veins popping out :).

Overall, I really like this product.

Circulation is such a massive thing when it comes to health and athletic performance.

If you're getting older and find your recovery isn't what it used to be, this is absolutely worth trying out.

If you're under 40, you may not see as much of a boost from it as your NO production is generally going to still be pretty good. In your 20's and 30's, same deal.
