Subject: This killer body drag curl setup hits arms AND shoulders nicely...

This is a GREAT setup.

It hits the brachialis, brachioradialis, the side and rear delts (which you can see when I'm doing it) and even the upper traps pretty nicely actually, because it's not just a "curl".

It actually moves similar to an upright row but behind the back, which I find actually no problem on my shoulders (and I can't do a single "normal" upright row, even with an empty bar).
