Subject: The truth is out...I'm a big fat cheater...

Yep, it's true...I cheat all the time...

On my diet...

And if you REALLY want to succeed with fat loss, YOU will be a
big fat cheater, too...

You see, if you DON'T cheat on your diet, you're actually
holding yourself back in the results you could be getting. It's
something I've noticed in myself and in countless other people
who struggle to drop fat. I'll tell you more about that in detail
below, if you're interested in the logic behind it.

And though this "news" is not actually new (myself and many
other trainers have been recommending strategic cheating on diets
for years!), here's an excellent adaptation of
it...holiday-scheduled cheat dieting.

You might recognize the name Joel Marion...a few months back, he
put out a book called "Cheat Your Way Thin." Very good program
and very much in line with what I know works with "practical" fat
loss, i.e. a program you can actually USE.

The program is basically all about strategic dietary "cheating"
and with the holidays coming up, Joel has just released a
"holiday" version of the program. And what better time to know
how to cheat on your diet effectively and with purpose than the
holidays...

Cripes, Joel has even put together a day-by-day schedule of the
holidays telling you exactly what to eat for fat loss and when
you have to blow it (on purpose).

And, of course, being the whole big "product launch" thingy that
I'm sure you guys are familiar with, he's offering some bonuses.
For anyone who orders today (Tuesday only), he's got:

1. A 90-minute Q&A coaching call with Joel AND fat loss
expert Vince DelMonte. Vince just used Joel’s exact program to
drop down to an all time low 5% body fat for his upcoming photo
shoot in the Dominican (while eating WHATEVER he wanted every 5th
day), and both he and Joel will be hosting a 90-minute Q&A
call exclusive to those who order today, and today ONLY.

2. #2: A 20-page PDF of a recent interview that author Tom
Venuto conducted with Joel, *grilling* him with his toughest
questions, causing Joel to dig deeper into the science behind the
Cheat Your Way Thin program than he ever has before, revealing a
slew of new, powerful, never-before-seen information.

So that's the basic deal...he's also doing a "less than half
price" launch special thing going until Thursday to light a fire.
It is good info in the book and will be especially useful if you
think you might like to drop some fat over the holidays instead
of piling it on - you can check it out here:

Why Cheating Is Necessary For Losing Fat

Here's the situation...your body is smart and doesn't like
change. Your body is also programmed by genetics to want to hold
onto bodyfat in preparation for times when food is scarce.

So here's what happens...

1. You want to lose fat so you reduce your calories.

2. Your body, in response to the drop in calories, starts
pulling from bodyfat stores in order to make up for the drop in
food intake. This is obviously the desired outcome and almost any
fat loss program generally starts out like this and gets you
results.

3. However, this situation doesn't last long...within a matter
of days or a few weeks, your body gets used to this reduced level
of caloric intake and compensates for it by slowing the
metabolism.

4. So now your body has reset itself and is running at a
maintenance level on fewer calories than it was before. This is
often accompanied by a corresponding loss of muscle mass (which,
of course, is the metabolic engine of your body - not what you
want to lose!).

5. With "normal" dieting, you then reduce your caloric intake
even lower, to re-establish that deficit and see fat loss again.

6. And, of course, you may see results again but your body is
still smarter than you :) Your metabolism drops even MORE and the
cycle continues.

So how does cheating break this cycle?

Simple...by putting BACK a load of calories and making your body
think it's not in a famine anymore!

You are, in essence, outsmarting your body and tricking it into
believing that you're not actually starving. When you're not
starving, your body is a lot more willing to part with bodyfat
because it thinks they'll be more food coming and it doesn't have
to hold onto fat.

This is exactly what we want to happen it actually DOES work and
work extremely well.

Plus, mentally, it's kinda nice to know that not only CAN you
cheat on your diet regularly, you actually SHOULD cheat on your
diet regularly in order to keep making progress.

For me, when I diet, I call it a "calorie bomb" - I can feel
when I need one (or I have it scheduled into the program) and I
don't hesitate to cover the entire table with food and eat it all
like a bottomless pit.

Then I go right back to dieting, guilt-free.

THAT is why I'm telling you to cheat on your diet :)
