Subject: The BEST exercise for a stronger core...(yep, looks insane, too)

This exercise is seriously one of THE best overall abdominal/core strength and stability exercises I've EVER used...and yes, it looks a bit nuts.

Don't let that stop you, though.

If you want a stronger core, THIS is the exercise to focus on. It's tough but VERY effective. I've currently worked my way up to using 200+ lbs on it and my core has never been stronger.

To do this exercise, all you really need is a barbell...however a power rack will help a lot, especially as you get into heavier weights.
