Trouble spots and weak bodyparts...everybody's got 'em...now how do you FIX 'em?

For me, it's calves and shoulders.

I have to literally DESTROY my calves to see any growth in them and shoulders...well, let me put it this way...I've heard it's not necessarily normal to hear cracking, grinding and popping in them when you move your arms around.

They're the toughest muscle group for me to build strength in and the fastest place I lose it.

I've known Bruce a couple of years now...SUPER nice guy and incredibly smart with his approach to weak bodypart training.

He's got some REALLY cool training techniques for rapidly bringing up weak muscles...4 of which he's got for you right now (my favorite is the high-frequency method...I use this concept in my Daily Specialization program to get INCREDIBLE results).
