Subject: Simple pushdown trick for more weight with better form...

...which is going to help you build bigger arms!

As you get into heavier loads with pushdowns, form gets more easily compromised due to the ratio of the working weight versus your bodyweight.

You have to start leaning forward and/or getting into a lunge position to get enough leverage to move the weight...your triceps are capable of moving it but your leverage doesn't allow it.

This SIMPLE loading method fixes that, allowing you to use more weight with better form.
