Subject: Serious leg day problems afoot here...

This is a Band-Suspended Single Leg Squat.

You're going to use the band to create a "sling" for your back leg so that as you're coming down into the single leg squat, it keeps your back foot off the ground...

...and also gives you accommodating resistance to give you a bit of help out of the bottom.

This one is awesome... challenging but awesome...
