Subject: SHRED your back and chest with a superset of In-Set Supersets...(for real)
This is a very cool combination...it's essentially FOUR exercises done as ONE extended set, hitting your back and chest with high-tension the whole way through.
I find this one to be more effective for fat-loss style training than for building muscle...great time-efficient training!
