Subject: PERFECT lower chest targeting with this weird AF setup...

The BEST thing I've EVER found for hitting the lower chest is this crazy setup (and yes, it is weird and probably more useful in a home gym situation but DANG does it hit nice).

It's also the ONLY lower-chest targeted exercise I've found that currently doesn't trash my shoulders.

I can't do heavy decline bench anymore because of old injuries catching up to me (I maxed those out at 405 lbs years ago) and unfortunately, weighted dips with heavy enough weight to get a strong effect trash my shoulders even worse because that was what the old injuries were from!

With this, you're basically creating a stable, lower chest "machine" using a bench and a bar braced up against the uprights of the rack.
