This is a killer method for building strength and thickness in the upper back with very heavy weight...much more than you could row.

You're going to be engaging the upper back while then using the large muscles of the posterior chain to set up the loading.

If you want to build a monster upper back that exudes power, you'll want to use this one regularly.
