Subject: My "secret" exercise for building a thicker back...
This is one of my favorite back exercises...
It's like a deadlift and a barbell row, wrapped up into one exercise.
It allows you to use a LOT of weight to directly target your upper back muscles...much more than you can use for rows. I use upwards of 400+ lbs when I do this one, to give you an idea.
