Subject: My 1 Rep Tricep-Building Shortcut...

This is a simple high-frequency static hold method for building bigger triceps FAST.

I've posted this one for biceps previously...this one is going to nail your triceps.

You're going to hold the top position of the tricep dip (or likely a weighted tricep dip) until you can't hold it anymore (important form notes below).

Then you fight the negative to the bottom, not just controlling it, FIGHTING it like you're trying to actively push up and gravity is bearing you down.
