Subject: Kind of insane new way to TRASH your lats...

This will seriously TRASH your lats...using the yoke bar/safety squat bar in a way you've NEVER seen before.

Naturally, you will need a safety sqaut bar in order to do this one (and a rack).

The first exercise is a pullover, done with the bar set at the exact same height as a flat bench, which you then put right up against the bar. Slide up the bench until your head is between the handles.

Then rotate the bar, doing a pullover until the handles contact your shoulders.

Perform 2-3 sets of this one for 8-12 reps, focusing on getting a strong stretch at the bottom of each rep.

The second exercise is a forehead-braced row. I've raised the rail height up a bit for this one.

Now row the handles up and back, focusing on getting a strong contraction. The rotary action of the bar FORCES the lats to contract hard with perfect form.

Perform 2-3 sets of this for 8-12 reps and you're done!
