Subject: Is your breakfast setting you up for failure?

About 10 years ago, my regular breakfast was HUGE...

...6 whole eggs (over easy, cooked in butter) and a literal bucket sized bowl of oatmeal, complete with fruit and yogurt.

It would take me so much time to make and EAT I started dreading the whole process.

And on top of that, it was a lot to physically DIGEST.

I'd feel like I wanted to go right back to bed half an hour later. I felt so weighed down and drained.

Then I radically changed my approach.

I took out ALL the carbs... no oatmeal, no fruit... and kept the eggs.

And that worked great for me (and still does).

However, there are still some days where I just don't have time to even cook eggs.

That might be the boat that YOU'RE in...

And if you find yourself grabbing something as you're running out the door, like a muffin or a pastry or maybe a protein bar, you might be shooting yourself in the foot, energy and nutrition-wise.

What I started doing, on days where I was running crazy, was to mix up a serving of THIS.

It's a protein shake, but not your normal "whey and some other random stuff thrown in" protein shakes that are more appropriate for taking post-workout.

This is a protein plus superfood shake that actually stabilizes your energy levels

It gives you a shot of nutrition to keep you going for the day.

I don't need it every day, but when I do need something fast, I know it's something that'll benefit me rather than knock me down later.

You can learn more about it here...

It's definitely worth testing out, especially if you find yourself in that same situation where you're short on time but want a healthy option before you run out the door.
