This exercise setup works hand and finger strength VERY strongly.

You'll be holding onto a barbell while you're doing pull-ups at the same time, working finger strength and "clamping" strength together.

This is one you've gotta see to believe...I posted it to TikTok yesterday and it already has more than 70,000 views.
