Subject: I don't always do cardio...but when I do, I prefer THIS...

Near-Maximal Interval Training...

I'll be honest...I don't do a whole lot of cardio. I prefer lifting
heavy things.

But when I do, this is one of my favorite methods and every
time I have it on my training schedule I both look forward to
it and dread it at the same time.

It's incredibly effective for burning a TON of calories during the
session as well as kicking up your metabolism long after you're
done.
