Subject: How to blow up your chest... (in a good way)
One of the major reasons why you might be having problems with your chest development is poor CIRCULATION.Having a hard time getting a pump in a muscle is a good indicator of this. In fact, you've probably found that your muscles that pump up most easily are the ones that are your best bodyparts and that grow most easily. The problem is, if you don't have a good enough blood supply feeding the muscle fibers of your pecs, you'll have a hard time getting a pump in your chest, you can't get optimal nutrients and oxygen to the muscle and it will NEVER grow to the size you want it to. There IS a way to create new blood vessels (it's called angiogenesis). I'll tell you up front, this workout is something you should really try. Granted, it is a bit crazy (shocker) but it'll feel like your chest is about to explode. Nick Nilsson P.S.
