Subject: Hit your extreme upper chest fibers with this weird exercise...

I call it an Upper Chest "Shelf" Rotating Press.

It looks wrong in a variety of ways, however, I found it nailed the extreme upper chest fibers that run right up on the clavicles that are normally so hard to get at.

This one is done on a flat bench. It doesn't work on an incline bench because of the mechanics of it. Incline will actually cause you to LOSE tension where you want it most.
