Subject: Hit your extreme upper chest fibers with this weird exercise...
I call it an Upper Chest "Shelf" Rotating Press.It looks wrong in a variety of ways, however, I found it nailed the extreme upper chest fibers that run right up on the clavicles that are normally so hard to get at. This one is done on a flat bench. It doesn't work on an incline bench because of the mechanics of it. Incline will actually cause you to LOSE tension where you want it most. Nick Nilsson P.S.
