Subject: High-protein breakfast candy...or hot garbage?

Ok, this is going to require a little explanation...

"Breakfast candy" is a term that is widely used for sugary cereals...like Count Chocula or Lucky Charms.

It's basically sugar and flour and food dyes...nothing really redeeming.
