Subject: Hard time building your upper chest? Try this plate press method...

This is a method worth testing out because of the unique stretch loading it allows you to put on the upper chest fibers at the bottom.

It's an incline bench press done with handled plates rather than dumbbells or a barbell.

I find when using the plates, it allows me to get a deeper stretch at the bottom of the range of motion, even to the point where I can bring my elbows back a little more behind my body than is possible with dumbbells.

This one is definitely worth messing around with.
