This is a really cool exercise...and not one that I've EVER seen before, created by my friend and colleague Coach John Belkewitch.

It's called a Dumbbell Sumo Press and it works a tremendous variety of muscles.

This exercise is from his Dr. Density program (one of three program in his SuperHero collection).

Don't go heavy on this one.... maybe 10lbs max to start with or even lighter depending on your joint strength.
