Subject: Create your own Glute Kickback Machine...

This is how to rig up a Glute Kickback Machine using a safety squat bar...

It's GREAT for home gym training for sure ;) and it actually works REALLY well!

I found this to be a fairly good analog to a full glute kickback machine and with not a crazy amount of setup.

You get decent resistance at the bottom and it increases as you push up and back to the top (where the glutes have better leverage).
