Subject: Crazy good bodyweight bicep exercise...

This one is my absolute favorite bodyweight bicep exercise.

I've called it the Nilsson Curl... however, as has been pointed out to me by the ever so polite citizens of YouTube, apparently a variation of it is a gymnastics exercise as well (done using different equipment, though).

So basically, I'll call it a Forearm Braced Chin-Up :)

I've showed variations of this using two bars set in the power rack before because I didn't have a rack that I could set the rails like this. The rail version is super easy to setup and a great challenge to do!

If you're strong with chin-ups, you'll want to try this one.
