One-Side Loaded Tilting Barbell Split Squats

This is a GREAT exercise for sports, athletics and injury
prevention (even though it looks like it'll cause an injury!).
You'll be doing a split squat movement while tilting an unevenly
loaded barbell in the frontal plane. It'll develop leg strength
in conjunction with core strength and help injury-proof your back
in an awkward position.
