Subject: A stupid-simple twist for a MONSTER bicep peak contraction...

To fully develop your biceps (especially for when somebody tells you to "make a muscle"), you need to work the peak contracted position.

And most people do Concentration Curls for this.

Being honest..."normal" form for this exercise is, in my opinion, kind of useless.

I've got a better way.

This is actually a change that is so simple that you'll wonder why you didn't think of it a long time ago (at least that's what I thought!).

So instead of coming across like usual, you're going to do this...
