The Manual aims to guide social workers in case management, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the delivery of integrated services tailored to patients’ needs. It represents an important step towards consolidating the role of social workers as an integral part of primary health care teams and strengthening a comprehensive, person-centred approach to health. | |

| HAP Opens Capitalisation Outputs and Technical Reports to the Public | HAP has enhanced its knowledge-sharing infrastructure with two major updates on its website, further advancing transparency, institutional learning, and public access to evidence generated throughout the project lifecycle. HAP’s official page now has a new dedicated section on capitalisation, bringing together all key outputs, discussions, and learning materials generated through the project’s capitalisation process. Furthermore, in the Studies & Strategies section, visitors can now find technical reports prepared to support the project’s interventions. | |

This first episode focused on nursing and the provision of home care services in particular, showcasing key contributions of the Health for All Project (HAP). | |
