Special guest speaker Kristena West. The significance of the Norwegian folk-poem (dream song) of Olaf Åsteson as guidance for traversing an initiatory path through the Holy Nights. [Also see the "Going Deeper" handouts.] Deepening and working consciously with our dream life. The importance of developing our capacity for creative imagination into abilities that are the foundation for perceiving supersensible imaginations. The priority of the Six Essential Exercises, the Main Exercise, and the Lord’s Prayer. Discovering how silence from the spiritual world is actually guidance that redirects our attention toward that which is more important. |

| | Accessing the GET Video Recordings and Handouts
1. Go to WiseCosmos.org.
2. Click on DASHBOARD in the upper-left corner. If on mobile, open the menu by clicking on the three-line icon in the upper-right corner, then click on DASHBOARD.
3. If necessary, login using the same email and password you used when you
registered.
4. You will be taken to your account DASHBOARD, which shows every course for which you are registered.
5. Clicking on the course image will take you to the watch page.
6. When the video recording is available for viewing, click on the "Watch Now" button to view. |

Wise Cosmos Volunteers Needed Wise Cosmos is looking for volunteers of many kinds. At this time we are
particularly seeking people to contribute their creativity, energy, and time to
the following projects:
∼ Transcribers for Brian Gray videos for use in creating video captions for those people who are hearing impaired and for whom English is not their primary language.
∼ Translators of ANY language (other than English) to translate video transcripts.
∼ People who can help us create a unique anthroposophy lexicon/wiki.
