Coming from one of our favorite Australian wineries, this Shiraz has all the classic flavors. Pepper, eucalyptus, mint, licorice, rosemary, and cinnamon combine beautifully. Added notes of blackberry and plum provide a bonus while the oak and tobacco complete the finish. Bold but not overly tannic, great with a Greek gyro.
