| Dry Red Wine Pinot Noir 2021. The Pinot Project - Geyserville, California
Garnet red in color with classic Pinot Noir aromas, notes of black cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry combine harmoniously with just the right amount of Asian spices and a hint of cedar. Medium-full in body with silky tannins, this gem of a wine is nicely balanced with a long finish.

| Dry Red Wine
Garnacha 2019. Breca - Calatayud, Spain
So many fantastic wines come from Spain and this bottle is a great example of why. Blackberry, plum, blueberry, and black cherry delight the tongue while subtle tones of chocolate and vanilla surprise the palate. Leather, smoke, terroir, and slate bounces around the oak and cedar notes. Pair with a tomato-based pasta or beef.

Lambrusco has a very interesting history and not all of it was good. But, rest assured, there is quiet a few amazing examples of this much misunderstood wine.
