ANNOUNCEMENTS

BOARD NOMINATIONS

Our Board is still looking for anyone interested in serving. If you are interested or know someone who is, please contact one of the current Board members (contact information near the bottom of this newsletter).

MEDITATION

If you would like to learn more about the practice of meditation, please get in touch with Marie Dunkle or Charlotte Starfire. They are considering offering a meditation class(es) and are looking for input and interested participants.

CAR POOLING

It's never too early to start planning! We are expecting a large turn out as we celebrate 40 years at Wayfarers Chapel. As you all know, parking at the chapel is limited. Please start thinking about which of your friends and neighbors you can share a ride with as you attend all of the fun activities during the course of the weekend.

SAVE THE DATE

MEDITATION (Monday 5:30-6:30 September 7th)

The first Monday evening of the month a group meets in RoseMary's Chapel for an hour of quiet meditation. Everyone is encouraged to attend.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

Sweet Charity shared songs with thoughtful, meaningful lyrics from Simon and Garfunkle and Woody Guthrie and Dee Daley brought humor and storytelling to her message  "My Sink Collapsed". Past Sunday Talks can be found here.

THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK
