To continue providing gold standard education, we want to make sure that our best of the best—the Teachers of Strength—are totally committed to our mission.
The questionnaire will review the activities you have carried out as a TOS over the past three years. Its purpose is to verify whether you have met the commitments you made in the 2022 TOS Review Form or when you were appointed as a TOS.
If you have met the expectations set by the Director of Education and confirm your commitment to keep fulfilling them, you will retain your TOS designation until another review or policy change.
If you have not met the expectations, you will transition from Master/Senior/Team Leader to StrongFirst Certified Elite Instructor status on January 1, 2026. Your Elite certification will be valid until December 31, 2028. After that date, if you wish to renew your Elite credentials, please follow the procedures listed on our website. You will retain the opportunity to teach StrongFirst licensed workshops as long as StrongFirst offers them and you maintain your Elite certification.
Failure to complete and submit this form by December 15, 2025, will be considered a tacit indication that you are not interested in staying on the Teachers of Strength team. Your TOS credentials will automatically lapse, and you will be moved to Elite status.
(If you are still with us but family or other circumstances have prevented you from fulfilling the expectations, there will be an opportunity to reapply for the TOS if you demonstrate commitment to our mission in the future.)

Please do not change the format of the form, and do not submit handwritten versions. HQ will review your questionnaire and will inform you shortly afterward whether your TOS rank has been confirmed or not.
