Ladies and gentlemen,
I am canceling next week’s call to save our time.
To address the questions some of you might have.
“Why did Brett leave?”
I cannot add anything to what I have already told you. If you still have questions, please direct them to Brett. His e-mail is appliedstrength@gmail.com.
“Who is the next DOE and when is his or her first day on the job?”
I have decided to distribute the DOE's responsibilities between several members of the HQ and the TOS. When I have finalized the team and the SOPs, you will be the first to know.
“Meanwhile, whom should I address DOE related questions to?”
Until further notice, to Fabio Zonin, Chief of Staff, fabio.zonin@strongfirst.com.
Note that Fabio will be leaving the HQ soon to focus on teaching for StrongFirst and for the University of Padova. Thank you for doing a fantastic job, Fabio!
For all licensee related questions, please contact Yoana Teran, Head Administrator, yoana.teran@strongfirst.com.
“What is the next step?”
Stand by for a call invitation early next year.
In training we follow these principles: continuity, load optimization, load waviness, and specialized variety.
In running our School of Strength, we do the same. Assure continuity when there is change. Take change seriously but without overreaction. Push and then cruise. Rotate team members while the mission continues.
Wishing you strong holidays,
Pavel
