Friends Don't Let Friends Skip Mammograms
The end of October is here, but breast cancer awareness remains important year round. Spencer Hospital's "Friends Don't Let Friends Skip Mammograms" campaign is designed to remind friends and family members how important their influence is on encouraging women to take care of their health needs.

Postcards are available for pick up at the hospital, Avera Medical Group Spencer clinic, public libraries in Clay County and a few styling salons. These free cards are designed especially for a friend to use to write a personal note of encouragement to schedule a mammogram screening.

Schedule your appointment today (712) 264-6181.

They found that at 1 month old, infants whose mothers performed the aerobic exercise scored higher in the areas of stationary and locomotion skills. Some of these skills include the baby being able to lift his/her head and rotating it to the opposite side while on his/her tummy, being able to kick their legs and roll from their side to their back.
