Don't Let Tech Replace Talk by Laura Johnson & Heidi Farquhar
Picture this scenario: Mom or Dad is sitting with a restless child in a waiting room, getting some glances of empathy along with a few glares of impatience. To occupy the child, a tablet or smart phone is handed over and rapidly, the once fidgety child is absorbed, playing a game or watching a video. Everyone is happy…or are they?

Hope Support Group
We are helping to share the awareness for infertility and increase support for families, by hosting a “HOPE” support group once a month in the Spencer Hospital’s Women’s Center library. We will be facilitating these monthly meetings in a relaxed environment. The meetings will last one hour. We will have different topics each month to share and discuss and intend to create a network for sharing experiences and knowledge that will bring encouragement and hope to participants. If you are working through issues of infertility or know someone who is that may benefit, please share this information with them. Our next meeting will be Wednesday, July 25 at 6:00pm.
