In this special session, guest speaker Dr. Amber Holmes, family physician at Avera Medical Group Spencer, will be presenting on the topic of Weight Management. There will also be a food demonstration by Darlene DeWitt, Registered Dietitian.

This support group is for anyone who has diabetes, pre-diabetes, or has a loved one with diabetes and has an interest in learning more.
