Earlier in April, we celebrated National Public Health Week. Here are just a few ways that Clay County Public Health made a meaningful impact in 2024:

6,327+ childhood immunizations were given to protect children from preventable diseases.
184 home visits were completed through the Best Care for Better Babies & Children program, supporting families across Clay County.
8 car seats were provided to families in need, helping ensure safer travel for young children.

Annual Garden of Life Scheduled for May in Spencer Hospital's Grand Avenue Park

Community members are invited to join the annual Garden of Life planting in Spencer Hospital's Grand Avenue Park on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 5 PM. Each donation for the Garden of Life campaign is given to the Spencer Regional Healthcare Foundation in memory of a loved one or in honor of a special caregiver will be represented by a blooming plant.
