Earlier in April, we celebrated National Public Health Week. Here are just a few ways that Clay County Public Health made a meaningful impact in 2024: 6,327+ childhood immunizations were given to protect children from preventable diseases. 184 home visits were completed through the Best Care for Better Babies & Children program, supporting families across Clay County. 8 car seats were provided to families in need, helping ensure safer travel for young children.
Public health focuses on prevention, education, and compassion, and these efforts truly make a difference in the lives of local families. Many thanks to Clay County Public Health for everything they do to help keep our community health and safe! |
