Hi Friend, On week 2 of lockdown, when she wasn't pushing her limits on the mat, Shirley was making moves to bring 2 new teachers on to the schedule. Done. With the same community spirit as Shirley and Suzy, both new teachers have offered to lead two free classes in their first week. So by the time we sat down at the end of Friday, Shirley realised, "that means anyone could do five classes for free next week." And here's another 5: it means there are now 5 different classes on 1 schedule. You've got Dynamic Pulse 1, Dynamic Pulse Hips, Body Being, and now 2 more classes led by 2 more teachers: A traditional Hatha-inspired vinyasa flow which incorporates pranayama and soothing Nidra Meditation. You wanted a flow on the schedule? You got it. You don't know what that means? Get on it. The class is led by someone who inspires us daily with her practice: @hannahpharoah.
