Shirley has written a new class specifically to help people who are spending too much time sat down. Sounds relevant?
Shirley came to Hot Yoga from Dance, to heal her own hips after surgery. Her unique journey since then has put her in the right place at the right time to design this class: Dynamic Pulse Hips.
An amazing achievement to celebrate: Suzy led the first Body Being class on Monday, from the Sutol Life Studio in London. Shirley opened the session from her home and then Jamie handed us over to Suzy. It was like proper TV but better. Much more of that to come.
Our project to bring an offline community together online has had a beautiful, unimagined consequence: families who are separated by the lockdown are connecting on the Zoom calls to practice live yoga together. Magic!
