This second lockdown means I have more time to be online again :) It brings me great pleasure to announce that I have returned to streaming online for the next few weeks... Every Friday at 6pm you can join one of our classes designed to raise your fitness level while you're at home. The original Don Dadda: fun, challenging, Vinyasa-meets-Hatha, sculpting and toning all major muscle groups. Basically you will get stronger, you will gain flexibility and definitely you will sweat!
A free-flowing class that begins with a slow-paced warmup which builds into a fluid flow. Stamina and technique are the focus, while we incorporate breathing techniques, meditation, restorative poses and a lot of balancing poses.
Helping to reverse the damage of the chair! This class does what it says on the tin: it works the hips. Strong warmup to build heat and tone in the hips, glutes, lower back and legs; long-held stretches to further open these areas. Much more Yin than Yang.
