Subject: Friend, when it comes to losing weight is it A, B, C or D?

Hey Friend,

  Quick question for you...

 

If you're trying to lose weight, what's the BIGGEST thing stopping you from accomplishing that right now?

 

Is it:

A) Feeling like you have to count your calories and keep track of your macros in order to lose weight?

B) Feeling like you have to do cardio for an hour every day or do cardio AND lift weights or some other kindof exercise just to hopefully lose a few pounds?

C) Feeling like you have to eat nothing but "healthy" foods and eliminate all of the good foods you really enjoy?

D) Something else?

 

  I'm asking because I'm creating something special to help people finally lose weight without counting calories, doing cardio or depriving themselves of really good food.
