Subject: DAY 7: Face The World - Rise Of You 7 Day Challenge

Welcome to Day 7 of the Rise Of You Challenge!

We are so excited to have you here.

You are AWESOME for making yourself a priority!

Congratulations for making it to day 7 of the challenge.

Are you ready to roll? Cool, let’s get started.

When we first start doing in a new task or behavior, our brains are working hard—working on tons of fresh information as we find our way for the new task or behavior. However, as soon as we comprehend how the new thing works, the behavior begins to be automatic and the mental activity needed to do the task drop-offs dramatically.

You'll find the video here: https://scienceofimagery.clickfunnels.com/7-day-challenge-day-7

The point is that repetition is needed to ingrain the new task or behavior. You see, having newfound confidence is really nothing more than developing a new habit. And as you have learned through this challenge... confidence is crucial for success in anything.

"It's so important to believe in yourself. Believe that you can do it, under any circumstances. Because if you believe you can, then you really will. That belief just keeps you searching for the answers, and then pretty soon you get it."

 -Wally "Famous" Amos

If you still find that you are a bit frightened, that's ok.. BUT remember this as well:

Normal, healthy fear is a good thing, but letting your fear rob you of your dreams is not. The fear exists because you're trying something new and stretching yourself. That's human and natural for just about everyone. It's not a sign of weakness.  Letting the fear stop you from going forward is the mistake most people make.

Acknowledging the fear and going forward anyway is the way dreams are achieved. Real self-confidence is not a lack of fear. It comes from trusting yourself in spite of your fear. See your dreams as bigger than your fears.

Barriers to Your Progress

Have you ever wondered about how you might be benefiting by not being confident?

Could there be a payoff that you don't recognize on a conscious level?
Is there anything you might lose if you suddenly had great self-confidence?
If these questions surprise you, answer this: why is it so difficult for us as human beings to change unhealthy habits or negative states of mind and negative behavior?

The answer is that we actually get many benefits that we don't acknowledge or even are aware of.

What payoffs are you getting for your lack of self-confidence?

If you aren't a powerful, confident person, make a list of the payoffs you are getting.

Frequently, people may be powerful in one area of life but stuck in a mindset of low self-confidence in another area. Could that be you?

Don't give yourself a pass or give up on the other areas that need work.

Take a few minutes to honestly answer these questions.

Remember though... you CAN change all of this and by being a part of this challenge and completing it as you have you have already taken the first steps to new confidence.

It's very important to continue to use all the exercises, material and tools you have gotten with this challenge. make sure that you read and use it all. And repeat the steps over and over until it just becomes natural.

We believe in you and are very proud of you! Great job for coming so far!

**To-do: **

Get Out Into The World Exercise:

Go out in the world and let people see the new confident you!
Introduce yourself to a stranger or try something you didn’t believe you could do before.

Perhaps you could speak up during your next meeting at work and share your ideas or possibly even ask out a person you have been too unconfident to approach previously.

The outcome may not always be positive but that’s what confidence is all about, believing in yourself enough to accept a failure and then move on and try again.

Don't forget to write down your steps in your success log!

Share your thoughts on the challenge as well as the progress you have made and which one of the steps was your favorite in the group. :-)

As well, share the steps that you found difficult and what you did to make it through it in the group (it might just help someone else).
Keep going! Never give up. We are here for you!

Always remember this:

"I am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soul."
