So today I want to chat about my meditation practice, and give

To benefit you, meditation will only work if you make it yours..
make it PERSONAL. This is important because it needs to be a
process you enjoy.

Personally, I do not like to meditate for more than 15-20 minutes.
I've realized that beyond 20 minutes, I usually fall asleep :)

During your meditation get comfortable. I like meditating in the morning, using soothing nature tones or binaural beats [both found in your FREE gift].

My meditation practice is as follows..

I set my intention for what I want.

With closed eyes, I imagine a bright white universal energy entering my body,  all the way to the center of the earth. I'm now connected from above and below.

I begin to pay attention to my breath, this is to help me become present.
 
Then almost from a third person perspective, I simply observe my life.     

I then focus on my intention. I visualize my intention as if it has already been accomplished. 

I express GRATITUDE for everything I have, and that is coming to me now.

I return my focus to my breath, and then I open my eyes.

Meditation does not need to be fancy or complicated. Keep it simple. Only do what you enjoy. If just being aware of your breath is all you want to do for 5 minutes, that's perfect!

One tip I will give to improve your meditation is MINDFULNESS.

Mindfulness is a form of self awareness, and a way to become present
without judgement. Observation is key to becoming mindful. So during your
meditation, if the monkey chatter becomes to loud, become the observer.

Just notice your thoughts. View them as if you were passing a sign on
the road. You see it, but you are not emotionally affected.

This will help your meditation tremendously.
