In the last email we looked briefly at building confidence
and the barriers to building confidence. Today we will look the culmination of
our recipe.
Achieving Authentic Self-Confidence
What steps exactly can we take to become powerful, self-confident,
and self-fulfilled.
There are different types of self-confidence; First one is
behavioral self-confidence. The key to
this is the more you take action, the more your self-confidence will grow. Next
is emotional self-confidence. This means you have to believe in your ability to
master your inner emotions. Lastly, is spiritual self-confidence, if you lack
this you need to connect to the Universe you live in.
Affirmations to Increase Self-Confidence
There are number of great affirmations you can say to
yourself every day to help you increase your self-confidence. A couple of them are:
"Where I am right now, is exactly where I need to
be."
"I am powerful beyond measure."
"I am totally self-confident. I have no fears or
regrets."
Affirmations can be an effective way to transform any
negative beliefs into positive one. Being positive is important because the way
others see you is a reflection of how you see yourself.
What payoffs are you getting from your negative habits? It isn't easy to recognize how you might be
sabotaging your self-confidence but it is important. Letting go of these old
payoffs is the road to gaining the confidence that will satisfy you and give
you a truly fulfilling life.
