My son Sterling and I were talking
yesterday about how we would love to
be able to just sprinkle “happy” on
everyone. Wouldn’t that be
nice?
Did you know that there are certain
breathing exercises that can do just
that?
Yep!
These exercises make you feel alive
and create bursts of happy hormones —
serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin.
They change your brain chemistry in a
faster way, empty your mind, get rid
of negative thoughts and you feel
very blissful.
It can even explode your
creativity.
Just think about it… wouldn’t the
world be a better place if more and
more people could be in a happy frame
of mind?
Go ahead.. learn
this very often misunderstood
technique. I want you to have
as much happiness a you can!
