Yesterday I finally had a day for myself.
I spent it relaxing and spending time with my sister and my new nephew.
Sometimes we get so caught up in our normal routine that we forget about allowing our body and mind to relax.
With all the distractions around us, I know this can be difficult at times, but sometimes all you need is a little reminder.
With this type of relaxation, I recommend removing any distractions, like your phone or computer. The only exception is if you add an audio for a meditation practice.
