I helped my dad install a new roof on his barn today.
It was cold and started to snow, so we needed to get everything installed before too much snow fell and we would have to wait until spring.
There were a couple close calls of slipping off the slick roof but it all ended well :-)
However, my body was feeling it afterward.
I didn't really feel like doing anything but I decided to meditate and focus on my breathing to see if I could remove some of the pain and soreness.
After 10 minutes I felt like a different person. My body felt loose and energized.
