Subject: 68-Year-Old Gym Bunny Shares #1 Training Tip

Hi Friend,

You’re never too old to pump iron as the following real-life story illustrates.

Meet Rojie Mir-Hosseini Attwell. She’s 68-years-old, though you would never guess it by her glowing complexion and lean muscle tone.

Looking like someone 20 years her junior, she is a real-life poster child for regular weight lifting.

London girl Rojie has been weight training for more than 35 years, long before gymnasiums were commonplace on your high street corner.

So what caused her to catch the bodybuilding bug?

She says: “I knew I had to do some form of exercise as being naturally slim has never featured in my family and I adore food, so dieting to lose weight was out of the question. The only place to exercise near me was called Westside on High Street Kensington, a place full of free weights and hardly any women, but I was determined to get fit.”

Back then, the Westside club was a hardcore steel and iron weightlifter’s paradise. But Rojie didn’t let this stop her.

She remembers: “All the stars went to Westside. Everyone from Arnold Schwarzenegger to Terry Wogan… and from the very first start I loved the energy it gave me. I had a trainer, and every now and again, you would see people oiling up in the gym and posing in the mirrors so they could really appreciate how their muscle definition was improving. I was so proud when I came third in the club’s bodybuilding competition and I still have my weightlifting belt from those days.”

Today, bodybuilder Rojie continues to weight train. Refusing to let age slow her down, she regularly hits the gym four times per week.

Rojie is also happy to share her valuable advice.

Here is her #1 tip:

Make your gym training such a habit that it becomes like eating and breathing.

She says: “I never question when I will make it to the gym. Exercising is such a part of my life that I never think about whether or not to go… ever.”

I think you’ll agree, this makes inspiring reading. It’s also one more great reason to make regular exercise a part of your day.

And remember: just like Rojie, you’re never too old to pump iron!
