Subject: You’re Invited to Volunteer for NGLA!

Message from the Executive Director

As we anticipate the next year, we are poised to implement our recently developed strategic objectives created by the Board of Directors during this year's Annual Conference. We love our collaborations with numerous institutions of higher learning throughout our region, the nation, and Canada. The educational initiatives we offer to our communities owe their success to the remarkable dedication and industrious endeavors exhibited by our NGLA volunteers. As our Association progresses, so does our dedication to addressing the diverse needs of communities across the Northeast and beyond.

Today marks the beginning of the 2025 Call for Volunteers, extending an invitation for your participation in our endeavors to shape the Annual Conference, bolster our Association, and advance our mission. Volunteering with NGLA presents an outstanding opportunity to contribute to the fraternity and sorority community while nurturing your professional growth. We offer a wide array of roles with varying commitments, skill levels, and levels of expertise. We eagerly await your involvement.

Should you be acquainted with professionals whose skills align with our mission and who seek to lend their expertise, we encourage you to share this opportunity. For further inquiries, please reach out to us at volunteer@ngla.org or submit your application by Thursday, May 18.

We hope that you will consider joining NGLA's Volunteer Team. We eagerly anticipate the contributions you may offer to the Association.

I volunteer year after year because of the sense of fulfillment it brings. There’s a unique satisfaction in contributing to the creation of an event that not only provides valuable insights and networking opportunities but also fosters a sense of community within the industry. The collaborative spirit, the opportunity for professional growth, and the excitement of seeing our collective vision come to fruition motivate me to continue being part of the conference committee. NGLA is a different vibe and one that is truly supportive and fun!
